About – Betsy Randel is an artist working in watercolor, acrylic, pen and photography for the past 15 years. Betsy lives in Richmond, B.C. Canada and has spent time in Indonesia, Hawaii and the Gulf Islands off the coast of B.C.
She calls her work “Art That Heals” which is often inspired by the beauty of nature. Betsy holds a B.A. from M.U.M., Fairfield, Iowa, U.S.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies and a CFA from Emily Carr University of Art and Design, Vancouver, B.C.
Betsy has also studied with Chris Charlebois, well known expressionist painter, Richmond, B.C. and Susan Pearson, Van Dusen Gardens, Vancouver.

In 2013, Betsy has participated in the “POTS AND PAINTS SHOW”, Richmond Arts Centre. Also she had work on display at The Rocanini in Steveston, Richmond and at the Twirly Tree Store and Gallery on Galiano Island.
